Our business is growing exponentially and our recent participation in the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia resulted in significant positive press coverage, as well as helping secure a place at New York Fashion Week for the September SS19 season. Job description

In this role, the Marketing Executive will work closely with the Creative Director and relevant personnel to develop innovative communications and marketing strategies, gather and analyse datas to achieve better sales, ROI and relevant goals, implementing events and campaigns that enhance our brand’s unique vision.The role will further entail coordination of runway events, providing of support to the PR, Sales, and the undertaking of both interstate and international travel.


  • Achieve KPIs that have been assigned by the Creative Director or relevant personnel and ensure their successful completion (may generate overtime)
  • Align with Digital Marketing Director to promote and launch marketing content on various digital platforms
  • Create omni-channel online and offline marketing strategies, collaborate with relevant internal and external industry entities 
  • Collaborate with current PR or any events (eg fashion weeks), and also self-implemented marketing strategies to generate buzz about our brand and help boost sales and customer engagement 
  • Liaise with Digital Marketing Director in composing further strategies, plans and pitches through analytical datas
  • Practise marketing strategies with PR and sales agency to ensure their ongoing success and profitability, while being able to communicate for advices, resources and set strict KPI to them
  • Undertake various PR-related tasks to aid in achieving maximum exposure through celebrity dressings, media, press coverage etc
  • Attend various social events to promote and expand brand awareness, as well as seek potential opportunities for collaboration
  • Comfortable communicating with wide range of internal and external industry entities
  • Has significant marketing experience (strategies, negotiating prices, etc)
  • Possess strong financial mind to be able to control budgets and maximise profits
  • A strong commercial mind to implement commercial values
  • Well-presented and personable with ability to socialise/make clients feel at ease 
  • Quickly understand and implement the needs of the Creative Director; make KEY strategies and plans designed to maximise sales and profits
  • Forward thinking, with ability to meet short-term goals and KPIs as well as think about upcoming strategies and future collections 
  • The most important attributes are organisation, responsibility, an understanding of the needs of clients and collaborators, ability to quickly pick up new skills and knowledge, self-awareness, strategic thinking, and a passion for gaining profit
  • Has MBFWA runway show experience 
  • Ability to meet brand needs at Fashion Week, runway shows and other events (looking for sponsorships, working with producers, stylist, DJ, PR, other suppliers)
  • Has campaign and e-commerce shooting experience 
  • Undertake frequent interstate and international travel (especially to New York)
