Job description
Our client now has an exciting opportunity for a talented, dynamic State Manager and strong leader to join their well established business.
The State Manager will be key in driving sales for 17 of their stores in the Sydney and Central Coast area. This role has 3 direct reports and will be responsible for providing a "hands-on" management style to stores throughout this region, working closely with Management to achieve company KPI's.

- A demonstrated ability to achieve sales and profit results through leading, motivating and developing the team
- Must have previous multi site experience
- Portfolio of 15 stores or more is preferable
- Extremely sales-driven with fashion, cosmetics or jewellery retail experience highly regarded
- Experience within a h ighly sales focused organisation
- A team player who leads by example
