    Position Overview We are looking for an energetic, driven and hands on Assistant Store Manager to join our successful store, Ralph Lauren Birkenhead Point. As the assistant store manager, you will be responsible working with the store manager to drive sales, motivate your team, while looking for opportunities to further grow your business. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Supporting the Store Manager to manage the sales team to maximise sales and profit performance Motivate the team to achieve weekly targets and store standards Proven track record of success, including a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers. Supporting with the recruitment and selection of great talent into the team Collaborate with the Brand Image team to identify VM opportunities and deliver on plans Drive store operations including visual merchandising, stock control, BOH processes and WFM/roster management Able to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels of the business Strong business acumen
