Continually recruit, train and develop talented individuals (create future leaders). Managing rosters and budgets for your store. Implement and maintain systems to keep store functioning effectively. Oversee store scheduling to ensure that projects, visuals, availability, service and promotions are accounted for, and store is staffed in line with payroll targets.
