TJX Australia Processing Centre is looking for a passionate and results-driven Merchandise Control Supervisor to join our dynamic team! This is a full-time permanent role based at Marsden Park, NSW, supporting our afternoon shift operations from 2:15 PM to 10:21 PM. What You'll Do: As a Merchandise Control Supervisor, you will manage the flow of merchandise through the Processing Centre (PC). You'll collaborate with key partners to drive service improvements and implement new initiatives. Your role is to champion the distribution teams in maintaining high standards, ensuring merchandise reaches our stores on time and meets top quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Implement measures to ensure merchandise meets high standards, promptly resolving any discrepancies. Act as the go-to expert on Trading Standards and Merchandise Compliance, driving continuous improvement projects. Use inventory management systems and technology to streamline processes and enhance reporting. Analyze data to monitor vendor performance, identify trends, and recommend efficiency improvements. Lead and develop a team of merchandise control associates, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This is a pivotal role for individuals with a background in finance, procurement in warehouse / distribution operations, looking to make a real impact. What You'll Do: In this role, you'll gather and interpret business and financial data to ensure an efficient supply chain flow. You'll drive insightful decision-making to optimize tactical and strategic operations, while also managing budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes, including supply procurement for the Processing Centre. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining supply chain capacity and forecasting models. Partnering with Finance for budget preparation, monitoring costs, and setting operational targets. Analyzing performance data to identify trends and drive improvements. Managing dashboards, reports, and scorecards for data-driven decisions. Collaborating with teams to assess and adjust network plans. Leading and coaching a high-performing team to deliver excellence. Skills and Experience: Managerial experience in data analysis, modeling, or supply chain operations. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and MS Office. Proven leadership skills, including coaching and team development. As TJX Australia continues to grow, we are excited to welcome a Loss Prevention Associate to our team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our Loss Prevention strategy and ensuring the safety and security of our Processing Centre. This position is primarily responsible for centrally managing access control to the Processing Centre and Stores using CCTV, alarms and access control systems. The position will also assist in the management of the physical security of the Processing Centre and support the Loss Prevention strategy. This is a full-time role supporting our Afternoon Shift operations from 2:30 pm-10:30pm. Key Responsibilities: Oversee CCTV, alarms, and access control systems to ensure site security and respond to incidents. Conduct checks on vehicles, associates, and personal belongings; report breaches and ensure adherence to company procedures. Perform compliance audits and site security reviews, implementing action plans to reduce shrinkage and improve standards. Monitor stock movement and investigate discrepancies or unethical behavior using surveillance tools. Work with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., police, security providers) and recommend policy improvements. What we are looking for: Background in Loss Prevention, Investigations, Compliance, Audit, and warehouse or logistics environments. Skilled in using CCTV and access control systems. Demonstrates accuracy, persistence, and problem-solving skills, especially in stock counts and discrepancy resolution. Able to work autonomously while also contributing effectively within a team. Capable of influencing others and building productive relationships across teams.
