Forever New is embarking on an exciting global technology transformation, and we're seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of this pivotal program of work. This role will be at the forefront of the migration to a new omni-channel platform that will redefine our digital and retail experience across multiple markets.
As the Senior IT Project Manager, you'll work closely with the IT leadership team and Business leaders to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation projects that simplify and modernise Forever New's technology ecosystem. You'll drive project execution, stakeholder engagement, and change management to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of the new platforms across all regions and business functions.
You'll leverage your deep experience in retail and eCommerce (ideally with Shopify) to deliver innovative solutions that enhance scalability, performance, and customer experience. With a strong focus on vendor management and commercial outcomes, you'll play a critical role in shaping the next generation of Forever New's digital capability.
Additionally, you will help design and govern an IT Project Management Office.
THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US
Formal Project Management Accreditation (Scrum, Waterfall, Prince2) University qualification in IT, Business Systems, or a related field 10+ years' experience within Technology functions 5+ years as a Project Manager delivering complex, enterprise-scale IT projects 3+ years' experience within the Retail industry across stores and eCommerce sales channels Proven experience leading eCommerce projects (Shopify migration experience highly regarded) Technical background with broad IT understanding and vendor management experience Strong understanding of digital and enterprise applications (ERP, WMS, OMS, CRM, PIM, DAM, Loyalty BEHAVIOURS & ATTRIBUTES

Lead an enterprise-wide transformation, designing an integrated global architecture across eCommerce, retail, and core business systems. Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams through meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure alignment and project success. Oversee project execution, including testing, integration, deployment, and quality assurance. Champion change management, including training coordination and operational handovers. Monitor and report project progress, maintaining comprehensive documentation and executive updates. Ensure compliance with security, data protection, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Identify and implement process improvements and best practices in project management. Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and teamwork across project teams. Shape and run the IT Project Management Office from a design, governance and reporting perspective.
