About the Role We are currently seeking a full time Quality Assurance Technician to join our Jay Jays team! This role will work across both Mens and Ladies apparel and work closely with the Product team to ensure that each garment is created to the design specifications and quality standards of the Brand. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Product Team to interpret styling requirements and ensure all products meet high-quality standards Lead fit sessions, consolidating buyer and QA feedback for communication to suppliers Provide expert technical guidance on the suitability of styling, fabrics and construction Liaise effectively with both offshore and local suppliers to support product development and quality outcomes Review, analyse and approve fabric test reports, Inspection reports and care labelling requirements submitted by suppliers Deliver clear, detailed feedback and direction to suppliers to ensure compliance with brand standards Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data within internal systems Perform comprehensive store audits to identify quality and compliance issues, documenting and communicating findings to suppliers for corrective action
