Exciting new role in our Sustainability team Use your Analytical skills to uplift our Sustainability initiatives Flexible hybrid working model - mix of working at our Docklands Support Office, and work-from-home Role will commence in August 2025 About the role: Accountable for day to day management of preparation, verification and presentation of environmental reporting and regulatory submission documents to ensure compliance is met including Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS), NGERs and APCO reporting requirements as well as internal reporting such as sustainability newsletters to the store network, leader boards and quarterly updates with a specific focus on energy, packaging, recycling and waste. Collect, analyse and interpret environmental and sustainability data Undertake data cleansing as required and ensure sustainability data across Myer is accurately maintained Develop and produce reports, visualisations and dashboards on business sustainability impact areas/KPIs by supporting collection and/or improvement of new data sets Using communication skills to synthesise complex data to a broad range or audiences Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all stakeholders internal and external. Recommend updates of climate-related reporting governance , based on peer research and reporting standards Support uplift of climate reporting governance, controls and compliance with the non-financial risk framework Working in a small but collaborative team Supporting the delivery of other sustainability projects and the development of communication materials across the business as required About you: Solid technology skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint). Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast paced, high volume environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with customers and internal team members. Customer service orientation with developed analytical and problem solving skills. Self-starter possessing the ability to work independently while supporting a team environment. Strong attention to detail and high concern for data accuracy. Previous experience in sustainability reporting not essential however beneficial.
