The Role:
Reporting into the Head of Retail, the Area Manager will lead and develop the retail team at HUGO BOSS across Victoria and South Australia. In this position, you will:

Reporting into the Head of Retail, the Area Manager will lead and develop the retail team at HUGO BOSS across Victoria and South Australia. In this position, you will:
- Ensure that stores not only deliver world class customer experience that HUGO BOSS is known for but also maintain high levels of inventory management and operational excellence.
- Build trusting and strong partnerships within store teams and key stakeholders nationally
- Managing the Stores performance and responsible for the commercial outcomes of the stores including sales, margin , costs, shrinkage and profit
- Promote and maintain the company core values and behaviours
- Build a high performing culture with the right teams in place at the right time
- Work cooperatively with key departments including merchandise, visual merchandising and HR to develop policies and procedures suited to the operation of stores
- Have proven success in team development and succession planning that demonstrates your ability to identify and develop talent both internally and externally

Profile
Your profile:
- Proven experience within a similar role with demonstrated success
- The ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and build effective relationships
- The ability to effectively communicate and lead teams through change
- Time management and problem solving skills
- Retail operations management experience including multi-site management
