YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

Join our high-performing Planning team as an Assistant Planner and play a key role in supporting the success of one of Forever New's fastest-growing categories.

Working closely with our Senior Planner, Allocation Analyst and Buying teams, you'll help drive performance through smart forecasting, strategic range planning and data-led decision-making. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, a love for product, and a drive to build a long-term career in planning.

GET EXCITED TO:

  • Support seasonal planning and category strategy in line with financial and customer goals
  • Track trade performance and respond to sales trends to maximise opportunity and manage risk
  • Work closely with the Buying team to develop a well-balanced and customer-first range
  • Monitor WSSI and assist with open-to-buy management
  • Liaise with Allocation to optimise store performance and ensure right stock, right place, right time
  • Manage intake, stock flow, markdowns and promotional activity with accuracy and care
  • Conduct regular store and warehouse visits to maintain product visibility and insight
  • Coach and support the Allocation Analyst, helping them grow their skillset and impact

Profile

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

You'll bring energy, a keen eye for numbers, and an understanding of how product comes to life in a retail setting. Most of all, you're hungry to learn and ready to grow.

  • 2-3 years' experience in retail planning, allocations, or similar
  • Strong Excel skills and knowledge of planning systems and WSSI
  • Commercial awareness and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for product
  • A relevant degree or qualification in fashion, business or a related field
