Assistant Srore Manager - Springfield Central

We seek an inspiring Assistant Manager to join our Springfield Central store. This role is Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, with one late-night shift on Thursday until 9 PM. We are looking for someone with excellent sales skills who can balance store operations with customer engagement, ensuring the Store Manager is supported in maintaining a well-functioning and profitable store.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team.
• Balance operational duties such as stock management, visual merchandising, and store processes with customer service excellence.
• Represent our iconic Australian fashion brand as a brand ambassador, inspiring our customers.
• Create a vibrant store atmosphere, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with VIP customers.
• Assist the Store Manager in meeting and exceeding sales targets by leveraging leadership skills and business acumen.
