Job description

- Develop and
execute the B2B ecommerce strategy and deliver ambitious growth of our PPD
online channel for salon professionals
- Build the online
promotional calendar, partnering with sales and marketing teams to achieve
joint online and offline business objectives, including rewards points as an
incentive
- Manage, analyse
and drive channel performance based on data and relevant customer segmentation
- Develop
customised pathways for different user types and create relevant user journeys
and edm content
- Optimise online
merchandising, website functions and user experience in partnership with
technical teams
- Drive growth,
develop and implement creative solutions to drive and convert more business
customers
- Manage the salon
loyalty program end-to-end

Profile

- Strong marketing
experience and background ideally in ecommerce, managing online
websites within a retail/fashion or beauty environment
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
to influence those around you to drive the adoption of the online retail
channel
- A natural
collaborator with strong process orientation and an analytical mind-set to
create and develop strategy objectives
- Able to
demonstrate both commercial and financial acumen.
