Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our CX team. Reporting to the Digital Project Manager, you will be the vital link between our system integration and our business objectives by performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing. You will be performing detailed requirements analysis, document processes, and perform user acceptance testing. To succeed, you should have a strong technical background, a natural analytical way of thinking and an ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users as well as business concepts to technical staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse systems integration needs
- Performing requirements analysis and translating results into technical features and user stories.
- Execution of full procedure documentation for all Web, CRM and PIM systems including wireframes
- Performing requirements analysis and translating results into technical features and user stories.
- Optimizing processes to improve operational efficiency
- Running SQL Queries to extract and analyse relevant data
- End to End testing of integration flows
- Reporting bugs during testing
- Escalation of critical issues to stakeholders
- Staying abreast of industry trends and technologies
- Performing requirements analysis and translating results into technical features and user stories.
- Reporting on status to the stakeholders and provide estimates for assigned tasks
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as an Integration Business Analyst or similar position
- Proven ability to analyse and interpret business needs and to transform them into clearly defined requirements and acceptance criteria
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- Experience with data integration in a multi-faceted architecture
- Outstanding understanding of retail and mobile/web development
- Excellent technical knowledge of digital technologies, e-commerce ecosystems, content management systems
- Proactive approach, continuous seeking for ways to achieve business growth and improvement
- An IT, Business or Relevant Degree or Experience
- Experience in eCommerce and Magento is advantageous
