This is a parental leave cover for a 12 month period commencing as early as December 2025.
The CDM Manager is responsible for executing national & international CDM strategy in boutiques through SA, SSA and Supervisors (Sales Teams), in coordination with boutique leaders. The CDM Manager is expected to support, guide and coach front line sales team members to be able to provide the best clienteling and customer experience to their clients throughout their journey with Dior.
The CDM Manager will effectively collaborate & animate, coach & educate, monitor & track to support client development.
The CDM Manager is based in boutique and will support the Melbourne portfolio of boutiques.

Coach & Educate
- Support boutique sales team on all aspects of clienteling, from recruitment clients all the way through to super elites
- Educate and develop the sales team ability to clientele through effective use of CDM tools and communication.
- Hold regular in-boutique CDM training sessions to improve Sales team CDM capability
- Provide 1-2-1 coaching sessions with SA/SSA’s & Supervisors to improve their clienteleing ability
- Provide CDM induction to all new starters across Sydney/Melbourne and other locations as required
- Cultivate a high performance culture in CDM, ensuring it is part of in-boutique vernacular
- Set and create accountability on clienteling among the sales team to facilitate the build of genuine relationships with clients
- Systematically review and improve CDM KPIs in boutique, actively seeking feedback from sales team
- Support Boutique Manager to track and review NPS comments, working with the sales team on all feedback received from clients
- Work with Training and boutique leadership team to strategically improve NPS performance across boutiques
- Work with National CDM Team to understand CDM strategy and effectively bring it to life in boutique, making it easy for sales teams to understand and bring to life in their daily tasks
- Oversee, maintain and embed a singular Dior approach to clienteleing, ensuring a consistent, professional and engaging level of communication is carried out at all times
- Create on-going dialogue with sales team on effectiveness of in-boutique CDM and support to make improvements
- Map out communication pathways and strategies for sales team to execute on driving clients to move up the clienteleing pyramid
- Working with National CDM team and in boutique sales teams on identifying high potential clients and individualised strategies for growth
- Understand and effectively deploy CDM tools to improve in-boutique clienteleing capability, sales team understanding of tools and when to use them
- Manage, coordinate and execute in boutique events and animations to maximise ROI, client experience and sales team engagement
- Work with sales team and National CDM team to identify clients to gift and send on relevant experiences and treatments
- Provide feedback to national CDM team on potentially new in-boutique events to engage with clients
- Understand what Dior’s main competitors are doing from a CDM perspective at boutiques in Melbourne across events, treatments and gifting and share insights with National CDM Team
Profile
The successful candidate will have already established skills in executing CDM strategies across stores and a refined ability to support, guide and coach front line leaders.
A tertiary degree in Marketing or a related field would be very highly regarded but not essential.
