About the role
The Communications Manager is responsible for driving brand desirability, sales growth, customer acquisition and retention, through the development and implementation of the team strategy, encompassing Communications, Public Relations, Advertising & Media activations for Australia and New Zealand.
You will lead a team of 3 to execute on your team strategy, providing coaching and feedback to develop as individuals and grow their career with Tiffany & Co.
This opportunity is for a fixed period of 12-months as a parental leave cover.

Profile
About you
- Degree in Business, PR, Communications or Marketing
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience with at least 3 years in management of communications in a retail or luxury environment
- Possess analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation
- A team player who can work independently and proactively in reaching organisational goals
- Proactive and strategic thinker
- Highly organised, with attention to detail
- Hands on experience, able to connect & interact with various agencies & partners
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Proven track record of executing 360 marketing campaigns
