The Role

Reporting to the Cluster Manager, this is a senior leadership position within Country Road Victoria, leading the Customer Experience within the national flagship location.

A newly created Experience Manager role with a focus on Customer and CRew - work alongside our Cluster Manager to build a better customer service experience daily, with a focus on training and development of all store team.

The Opportunity:


  • To drive sales, profit and ensure the achievement of all KPI's as set by the company
  • Provide inspirational leadership, training and developing team capability
  • Lead with a focus on strong people management
  • Maintain a focus on commercial acumen ensuring the team have an understanding of the performance of the store

Key Attributes:


  • Proven experience in managing high sales turnover, multi-site environment
  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
  • Demonstrated experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach
  • Experience managing the performance, training and development of a large team
  • Skills associated with driving productivity with team members
  • Demonstrated experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach
  • Ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership
