Job description

Estee Lauder Companies are seeking data led, metrics obsessed CRM experts with a key focus on customer- first campaigns. The CRM Executive works in partnership with the Adobe Campaign Specialists to brief and develop multi-channel campaigns and initiatives across brands. The role collaborates with a portfolio of Estee Lauder brands to provide data insights which inform campaigns. This role facilitates campaign and data planning and execution to drive traffic, optimise conversion and achieve financial and consumer targets. You will help the teams build, develop and cultivate campaigns, sharing the results and best practice to ensure ROI across all brands. About the role (including but not limited to):
- Work in partnership with Brands to develop Brand CRM objectives for both long-term and short-term strategies
- Acts as the face to face conduit between Brands and Adobe Campaign specialists including briefing and providing data insights to ensure successful campaign execution
- Devise annual CRM strategies to achieve consumer KPI goals including but not limited to growing the active customer base, contactability rate, increasing customer retention, and other consumer KPI metrics such as Average sales transaction and frequency.
- Provide data driven insights from dashboard reporting tools. For example but not limited to, identifying products to recruit new customers or products that will drive customers back to the brand.
- Orchestrate a diverse range of campaigns, requirements and stakeholders
- Participate in the development of omni strategy and drive implementation that incorporates CDP consumer data that facilitates high touch service online and instore.
- Run, manage and optimise A/B and multivariate tests
- Analyse and assess previous campaigns to ensure ROI and inform future campaigns
- experience in consumer lifecycle campaign planning & execution
- Develop strategies to nurture high value customers through their lifecycle.
- Look for cross sell and upsell opportunities
- Develop targeted audiences to improve overall campaign ROI for email, social retargeting, sms, and other touchpoints.
- Act as Brand Power User of self-service analytics tools such as Tableau, Adobe Campaign reporting, About you:
- 3 years in CRM, working in an environment with marketing automation tools such as Adobe Campaign Standard, Salesforce,
- Experience orchestrating multichannel campaigns and post campaign reporting and provide optimisation insights
- Good knowledge of marketing operations, technology platforms and automation
- Good knowledge of privacy in relation to customer data and campaigns.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders' brands, campaign builders,
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide data led recommendations and measure the effectiveness of campaigns
