At JD Sports we're not only the King of Trainers, but also aim to be the King of all things Digital. Our Multi-Channel team are a passionate and creative bunch, who are dedicated to elevating the JD experience, and are now seeking a sneaker obsessed Social Media & CRM Executive to join the team.
The Social Media & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive role is an exciting position, responsible for managing both organic and paid Social Media, and CRM channels for JD Sports Australia. This role is responsible for continuous improvement and growth of these channels to develop and maintain strong brand awareness and following across the Australian Market.
Your duties as a CRM & Social Media Executive will include, but are not limited to:
- Contributing to the end-to-end JD Social media paid and organic offering, including the scheduling of all social media content, and management of the relevant calendars
- Contributing to the end-to-end JD EDM and CRM programs, including the scheduling of all tactical sends, and development and maintenance of dynamic & automated sends
- Involvement in the creation, organisation and management of creative content
- Managing paid channels, including accounting for spend, and reporting on performance of both paid and organic campaigns
- Supporting the general functions of JD multi-channel and marketing teams across varied functions within, and beyond the direct remit of social media and CRM
- Contributing to the development and execution of broader strategies of both JD multi-channel
- Regularly monitoring competitors, inspiration sources, advances in social medial and technology and sharing useful findings


- Qualifications in Marketing or similar qualifications is highly advantageous
- A strong understanding of the Australian digital market is preferred but not essential
- Proven experience in Customer Service is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- CRM experience is advantageous
- Data driven and highly analytical
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, whilst managing multiple priorities
- Proficient in Excel, preferably at an intermediate or advanced level
- Experience with blog writing and social media community management is preferred
