The Ideal Applicant will be required to have:

  • Min 2 years' experience in an E-Commerce role - footwear or fashion industry experience highly favorable
  • Experience in building websites on Shopify Plus is highly favorable
  • Adobe Creative Suite
Some of your key accountabilities will be:

Website Updates

  • Implement content updates on desktop and mobile websites, including homepage, landing pages, banners, and ensure all new content is thoroughly tested before going live
  • Product and creative asset management and updates on website
  • Implementing short and long descriptions for products utilising SEO knowledge and creative writing skills to provide customers with fashion-forward and captivating product descriptions
  • Online visual merchandise to boost best sellers and key campaigns
  • Oversee and implement the day-to-day SEO changes to the website in conjunction with our agency partner
Email Marketing

  • Planning and building out eDMs in Smartmail and delivering on schedule
  • Work with our agency to implement, execute and optimize all digital marketing email automation campaigns to drive sales and repeat purchases
  • Have an understanding of customer data segmentation to form eDM strategy
Third Party Market Places

  • Liaise with third-party market places like The Iconic and manage all product information on these websites
  • Implementing projects and promotions for each market place
  • Maximize marketing opportunities across all website channels
Reporting

  • Strong understanding of data analytics and insights to inform and optimize performance across websites and eDMs
  • Experience in using Google Analytics to drive key recommendations for future performance
What you'll need to deliver

  • Customer-centric thinking
  • Drive and ambition to learn and grow
  • Previous experience using E-Commerce platforms, preferably Shopify
  • Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Advanced knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Capable of handling pressure in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Ability to learn processes in a timely manner
  • High level of typing speed and accuracy
  • Proactive nature that enjoys being resourceful, self-motivated and confident in the workplace
  • Ability to work autonomously, and add value to the team's administrative needs
  • Team player
  • Excellent time management skills with a sense of urgency
  • Experience using task management tools such as Asana, Monday.com or similar
