As an E-Commerce Merchandiser you contribute to added customer value, a strengthened brand and maximized profitable OMNI selling. You plan, manage, set strategy, and follow up sales, buying, stock and reduction levels for concept in the sales market. You set and manage the OMNI commercial plan for the sales market based on the global and regional plan together with customer activation.

As an E-Commerce Merchandiser you contribute to added customer value, a strengthened brand and maximized profitable OMNI selling. You plan, manage, set strategy, and follow up sales, buying, stock and reduction levels for concept in the sales market. You set and manage the OMNI commercial plan for the sales market based on the global and regional plan together with customer activation.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drive profitable net sales for your concept by analyzing your sales figures, taking and executing actions according to the opportunities, threats and priorities identified.
- Have the best commercial plan pre-season and in-season for your concept based on customer behavior, sales results, commercial belief, and previous learnings.
- Securing the best Online customer offer together with the E-commerce Site Specialists
- Provide input to the seasonal buying based on selling tendencies and stock forecasting.
- Work closely with logistics to secure stock flow and stock availability.
- You will work closely with Omni merchandising team, customer insights and marketing team to secure the omni commercial plan.
- Prior experience working in retail in a merchandising role/function with extensive understanding of stock and product lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn your analysis into actions.
- Commercial awareness and a drive to improve way working and results.
- Salesmanship and business mindset in everything you do with focus on both short-term actions and medium- to long-term strategy.
- Agile mindset - you are able adapt in a fast paced and ever constant changing retail landscape.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration.
- Skilled in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
