Job description
The Corporate Store is a highly successful, invitation only store that is based at our Head Office in Erskineville. The store already has a wide database of clients and we are excited to launch an e-store to further service our database.
This role will support the store but will also manage the E-store operations
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee and manage the e-commerce platform
- Inventory control, maintain stock levels and ensure accurate quantities are reflected at all times, following up any discrepancies with urgency
- Manage product availability and visual images on the e-store
- Order shipping, ensuring 100% accuracy with despatch and ensuring assisting team members are also maintaining the required standards
- Obtaining a high level of awareness and understanding of our Policies and Procedures of Loss Prevention including Fraud.
- Customer Service both online and face to face, ensuring all enquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner
- Merchandising of the store, ensuring product is merchandised in accordance with standards and promotes strong sell through based on stock at hand quantities
- Assist the store manager with the general day to day running and supervision of the team
- General adhoc administration duties
Profile
- Strong computer capabilities
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent organisation and analytical abilities
- Ability to work in a POS system and e-commerce platform
- Capability to work independently
- Sense of urgency and can perform under pressure This role will work a Monday - Friday roster offering approximately 30 hours
