Job description

- Reporting into
the Head of Digital for our Luxury Division, this role aims to develop our
Lancôme & Giorgio Armani's CRM brand strategy to acquire and secure
the loyalty of consumers while helping the brand boost market share across
the board
- Identify
consumer insights, anticipating trends, as well as topline management of
the brand's loyalty program
- To implement
interactive and CRM campaigns to contribute to the growth of a brand on
the market.
- Improve consumer
experience and relationships through the analysis and the management of
all interactions between consumers and the brand.
- Drive 1st
Party Data Marketing and managing media budget as well as implementing
strategies to improve efficiencies and drive conversion
- Define, manage
and support key strategic projects from the lens of customer experience
- Loyalty program analysis and reporting on
key metrics defined, on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Ad-hoc reporting requests by global and
local teams on CRM & Loyalty
- Working closely with the
CRM team to deliver key projects and online shopper path-to-purchase/
consumer journey plans
- Working closely with
e-commerce teams to drive customer loyalty and champion the loyalty
program to be best in class
- Working closely with the
brand teams to provide key consumer insights to implement effective
strategies and partner with them on CRM projects such as new website
launches, segmentation and loyalty programs.

Profile

- You will have 3-5 years'
working experience in managing and driving CRM initiatives and projects
specifically around loyalty programs and focused on consumer data analysis
ideally within an FMCG or retail working environment
- You will be data driven
and have strong business partnering skills to work collaboratively and
consult to various internal stakeholders within the business
- You must be able to thrive
in a dynamic and fast paced environment with the ability to multitask
effectively
- Excellent communication
skills to influence and drive initiatives and build trusted and valuable
key stakeholder relationships
