The Role:
We have an opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join the Financial Planning and Analysis team. The Accountant will provide financial accounting and business partnering support for several members of the Executive team, including Marketing, Product and HR. This role will be a key Finance team member, both guiding juniors and liaising directly with the General Manager, Finance, and the CFO.

Lovisa Opportunity:
The day to day in this role will look like:
- Preparation and review of the monthly Consolidated Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet statements
- Preparing timely and accurate financial analysis, variance analysis and commentary
- Contribution to the monthly rolling forecast process
- Participation in the continued development of Regional forecast; EMEA/APAC/Americas
- Ownership of Overhead forecasting
- Development and enhancement of business reporting and analysis processes and structures
- Business partnering with key functions including retail stores and e-commerce, leasing, property and IT
- A key leader in the identification of business performance improvement opportunities
- Cost management focused on efficiencies and supporting other departments drive efficiency
- Deep dive reporting and development of new tools to provide insights and trends through KPI reporting
- Contributing to month end closure and review of company results
- Support for senior management on ad hoc matters as they arise
- Other duties and special projects within skill and competency level as required
A can-do attitude with the following skills:
- CA or CPA part qualified
- Proven success in Financial Planning & Analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Experience in working to deadlines and providing timely reporting
- Excel - Advanced level
- Retail Experience Desirable
