Just Jeans is the Australian denim destination. Just Jeans is part of Australia most successful retail giants 'The Just Group', consisting of 7 brands - Dotti, Jacqui E, Jay Jays, Just Jeans, Peter Alexander, Portmans and Smiggle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking Product Coordinators to join the Just Jeans team! We have multiple exciting opportunities available across departments such as denim, brands, woven tops, and menswear. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and demonstrate your passion for product. This is a full time position based at our Support Office on St Kilda Road, Melbourne.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting the Product Manager in the sampling approval process including fittings and approvals
- Liaising daily with our offshore suppliers and factories
- Briefing new ranges to suppliers for development
- Maintaining effective relationships and regular communication with suppliers
- Trend research into colour and new trend direction for the Just Jeans customer
- Managing and tracking the sample process, critical path, production schedules and freight timelines
- Drawing and maintaining product CADs and range books
- Supporting the product team with administrative needs
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a Product Coordinator, Production Assistant or Supply Coordinator role is preferable
- Qualification in Fashion and Textile is advantageous
- Proactive, motivated and likes working in a fast pace environment
- Have great attention to detail
- High level of productivity and efficiency
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
