About the role:
With our planned growth strategy in place we are in search of a high calibre Project Manager who can plan and manage the fit outs of new and existing stores across out portfolio of brands.
As a Project Manager within our the Property team you will work closely with the Group Manager Store Development and Senior Project Manager to deliver exceptional project outcomes to the business. This role is full time located at our support office on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne.
Responsibilities

As a Project Manager within our the Property team you will work closely with the Group Manager Store Development and Senior Project Manager to deliver exceptional project outcomes to the business. This role is full time located at our support office on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of on time and to budget projects aligned business expectations
- Finalising store layout and scope of works
- Sourcing of all internal and authority approvals for each site
- Budget, tender and procure of all fixtures, fittings, services and trades
- Co-ordination of the stages of the program with relevant store retail team
- Management of trades and construction to strict timelines and budgets
- Ensure WHS, environmental and building code compliance on site at all times
- Provide updates on progress, problems and cost control to the business
- Ensure all documentation and approvals in place for store opening/relaunch
Profile
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in construction project in a fast paced environment (preferably in retail)
- Relevant qualifications
- Strong focus on delivering optimum outcomes and results is a key requirement
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in contract documentation involving all aspects of standard contracts, specifications, programming and drawing is crucial
