We are looking for sales and people focused Regional, Area and Cluster Managers ready for an exciting ride with booming National businesses. You will be exposed to consistent training and groomed for progression within the company. These positions require a hands on leader who thrives on smashing sales targets, hitting all KPIs and inspiring this throughout their teams.

Job description

These exciting roles will be responsible for:

Overseeing and driving your stores' KPI's and maximising sales
Driving and modelling exceptional customer service and experience
Coaching, mentoring and developing high performing teams
Business development and execution of retail operations
Recruitment, performance management and team development
Driving and modelling exceptional visual merchandising standards and merchant decisions.

Profile

What we are looking for….
  • A proven track record in managing retail performance across multiple sites
  • A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Natural, warm, confident and engaging style of customer service that builds relations beyond the sale
  • Experience in developing business and sales strategies that have resulted in sales and revenue growth
  • A passion for building a people and performance based culture
  • Experience in recruitment, training and succession planning of team members
  • An excellent communicator who has the ability to build rapport and relationships
  • Inspirational leader, who leads by example
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment
