About the Role:

Join the Dotti team as Store Manager at our PENRITH store! We're on the lookout for a fun and fashion-savvy leader who's all about creating a playful, customer-focused atmosphere while hitting sales targets. If you're motivated by fashion, driven by results and passionate about leading your team to success, this is the role for you!

This is a FULL TIME position of 38 hours per week with availability required for weekends, late-night shifts, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life:

  • Lead your team to achieve sales goals and smash KPIs while keeping the store upbeat and customer-centric.
  • Train, coach and develop your team to help them reach their full potential.
  • Manage stock, minimise loss and maximise your store's sales opportunities.
  • Maintain store standards with visual merchandising that inspires and excites.
  • Create a fun, safe and inclusive environment for both your team and customers.
  • Manage the store roster to align with trading hours and sales goals.
