Position Summary

The Senior Executive, Marketing is responsible for account-based marketing campaigns. He/she will develop both brand and trade marketing programs, with an emphasis on driving executional excellence, campaign management, retail marketing and visual merchandising solutions, account marketing insights and measurement of KPI's. He/She is required to work closely with the Wholesale and Sports Marketing functions, and act as the GTM champion for their respective campaigns.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Account related Campaign Management

  • Manage Revenue channel business initiatives, starting with the planning and implementation of account briefs.
  • Review and process briefs, serve as checks and balances system to ensure briefs meet requirements (e.g. clear business objectives, budget, list of all required - creative support, guidance on regional variance).
  • Own campaign management integration and communication with cross functional project teams, including account partner.
  • Deliver a best-in-class event executions for all partner related events and activations (including conferences)
  • Work with Sports Marketing to complete the tactical briefs and deliver value-add moments to brand initiatives
  • Monitor and report on progress to all project stakeholders, including Marketing Leadership. Ensure monthly BU meetings keep all relevant stakeholders tracking to plan and map accountability
  • Conduct relevant meetings to ensure alignment on briefs, creative content, consumer engagement plan, budget throughout the go to market process
Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with cross functional teams to ensure category team feedback is integrated into production of creative content and consumer engagement plan.
  • Partner with Retail partner's marketing teams as needed to gain approvals or hand off assets.
  • Ensure cross functional teams are aligned to campaign deliverables and utilize their skills to streamline creative and consumer engagement plan development timelines.
  • Facilitate Cross Functional and leadership review and approvals of category briefs to ensure they align with brand POV and Brand Position.
  • Partner with global campaign management to drive creative development and execution by managing dates and gates as needed.
Strategy

  • Lean into Brand, Sport Marketing (SPOMA) and Sales objectives to determine each campaign focus
  • Analyze campaign PCR's and drive improvements in future based launches
Agency & Creatives Management

  • Manage project-based agency relationships (internal & external partners) including, schedule management, approvals, research and analysis of agency performance, and partners with Procurement on cost.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Proven track record of building, managing and maintaining healthy internal partner and client relationships
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and resilience as well as strong communication/negotiation skills to manage client demands
  • Strong project management skills: organize and manage multiple projects to meet quality/brand standards and deadlines
  • A high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Strong communication and project management skills to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Interstate travel will be required

Education And / Or Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing or related experience in sports and consumer goods working cross-functionally with Sales and retails teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field
