Reporting to the National Outlet Manager and supported by an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead by example, cultivating a motivated and results-driven sales team. Your focus will be on inspiring, coaching, and empowering your team to consistently excel in a dynamic and premium fashion environment.

HUGO BOSS Australia is excited to announce an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Full-Time Retail Store Manager to join our team at the DFO Brisbane Outlet location.
Reporting to the National Outlet Manager and supported by an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead by example, cultivating a motivated and results-driven sales team. Your focus will be on inspiring, coaching, and empowering your team to consistently excel in a dynamic and premium fashion environment.
What you can expect:
- Oversee and manage the day to day operations of the store
- Design and deliver daily strategies to ensure store and individual budgets and KPI's are achieved
- Drive outstanding, authentic customer experience to our clients
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and engaging work environment that reflects the HUGO BOSS brand values
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and regular feedback to support team members'
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to optimize sales
- Demonstrated success in driving and achieving sales results, within a fast paced environment
- Depth of operational management experience as well as people leadership of three years or more.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Can talk to how you have motivated, coached and led a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- An interest in fashion and desire to pursue a retail management career within the premium fashion industry
- Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating a team
