We're looking for a creative and trend-savvy TikTok Content Creator to join our Brand Marketing team. In this exciting new role, you'll ideate, film, and edit compelling short-form videos for Forever New's TikTok and other social platforms. You'll collaborate closely with our Brand, Digital, and Buying teams to craft content that showcases our product in fresh, engaging ways across both organic and paid campaigns. Working part-time, three days per week, you'll bring a strong understanding of TikTok trends, creators, and content formats, a genuine passion for fashion and visual storytelling, and the ability to interpret performance data to inform and optimise future content. Get excited to: Create social-first content for Forever New's organic and paid social media channels, with a key focus on TikTok. Develop innovative social media content ideas, based on relevant fashion and social media trends, data and insights, and key product stories to drive engagement, follower growth and conversion on Forever New's organic and paid social channels. Manage social media content creation from ideation to execution, including creating briefs, organising shoots, pulling samples, capturing and editing content. Capture a variety of social-first content types including studio shoots, street style shoots, in-office staff content, in-store try on and behind-the-design content. Attend campaign, content and ecommerce shoots where required to capture content for social channels. Act as an ambassador and face of the Forever New brand on TikTok. Assist the Social Media and Content Coordinator in planning the TikTok content calendar. Regularly review performance of content, ensuring that insights are utilised to optimise content. Undertake regular competitor and social media trend analysis, using these insights to shape content strategy and tactics. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU CAN OFFER US Degree in social media, marketing or public relations is highly regarded. Proven experience in social media content creation, with fashion or beauty experience preferred. Proficiency in capturing and editing video and photo content. Creative mindset to develop innovative concepts and ideas. Passion for social media and influencer marketing, with an understanding of social trends. In-depth knowledge of social media strategies and best practices for each platform. Analytic skills, with the ability to collect and collate data to create actionable insights. Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills, with a high attention to detail. Strong oral and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and work to meet deadlines. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
